TRUE HERO

In one of my previous blogs, "The Motivators" I wrote an important concept which says, Not everyone in his / her life gets motivation, big enough to challenge the circumstances and become a HERO.

In this blog, I write about A TRUE HERO.

A True Hero is someone who DELIVERS the goods. This means that its not sufficient to do the righteous deed, but its also important to do it rightly and achieve the objective.

He might be pushed hard , and might have the Motivation to do the DEED, but A True Hero will not just catch the bus and just do the deed right away. He will think the HOW part. When he figures out the HOW part, he will make sure He is CAPABLE to do it.

A True Hero will figure out the 3 below
1. What
2. How
3. His Capability

And then , He will hit the Ground. He will hit the Ground with complete passion and energy to win. A True Hero has to WIN, to be called a "HERO".

The Commercial World Transaction Types

When you sit back & try to understand how the commerce is happening in the world, You can recognize that there are only 6 Things that are being bought & sold.

1. Need ( Sold ) - Survival ( Bought )

2. Faith ( Sold ) - Assurance ( Bought )

3. Want ( Sold ) - Luxury & Lifestyle ( Bought )

4. Greed ( Sold ) - Chance ( Bought )

5. Fear ( Sold ) - Insurance ( Bought )
6. Hope (Sold) - Dream (Bought)

Once You understand that the whole world's commerce moves around these 6 transactions, you can master the art of Entrepreneurship. Not only that, You will also master the art of Putting your money in right directions.

LOVE

Everyone talks about Love. One of the most significant aspects of human race.

Love is the strongest bond that attaches One Individual with another.

There are 2 types of Love.

1. Blood Love

2. Water Love

With Blood Love, i mean loving someone who is your blood relative, like your Son, Daughter, Father, Mother, Brother, Grandparents etc. This is the most obvious LOVE, and no matter whether you like your blood relation, you tend to Love them. This love is usually unconditional , and very intense, especially between Mother & Child. Mother can do anything for her Child.

The 2nd Type of Love is Loving someone who is not your blood relative. This happens with Your Lover. It is equally intense as a mother child relation. Once a person truly falls in love, he feels the bliss of a lifetime. He enjoys each and every second spent with his lover and this makes his life complete. Very few people experience this feeling , and those who do experience, find this Life beautiful. On the flip side, since the feeling is so intense, one goes in complete trauma, if the 2 lovers are separated from each other due to any reason.

So, both the kind of Love carry intense bondage with them. However, the Water Love scores more than Blood love, since its not GIVEN. It is something that You CHOOSE or it happens AUTOMATICALLY, but it is selfless (if its really pure love), as compared to Blood Love.

The Strength Of Relationship

Man & Woman, Male & Female...are made for each other.

This is such a beautiful arrangement & Truth of God / Universe, which makes lives of both sexes exciting, enriching, complete and gives meaning to their lives. Although there are various purposes which one can find in his / her life, one of the most beautiful purpose would be to Make the Life of Your Partner- A beautiful experience on this planet.

So what is it that can make the life of your partner a beautiful experience. Its indeed the unconditional love and care for your lover. The emotion that You can give away everything for being with your lover is the ultimate prize your partner seeks. Delight & Bliss in her life comes from your truthful devotion for the soul of your partner.

The Relationship between 2 Souls can be as strong as Iron and can never be broken if the relationship stands on these 4 pillars.

1. LIKE - If you love a person, but don't like his way of conduct, relationship will become weak. Also the Liking can be affected if your partner feels of you to be responsible for some loss he / she might have faced. So if this is the case, u need to clear the air and pull her back in the comfort zone by removing such blame out of her mind.

2. LOVE- Even if you like a person, if you cannot love him, relationship won't last. LOVE is indeed the most important element of Relationship.

3. TRUTH - To achieve your partner, You may end up Lying at various instances. Small lies dont affect relationship much , but if it is standing on some big Lie, or Some hidden aspects of one's Life, Relationship will have bitterness and will not last long. The 2 souls should be completely transparent with each other.

4. TRUST - Even if You imagine that your partner has some other inclination, You are doubting him. And this brings the element of distrust & doubt, which will lead to bitterness and uncomfortable questioning between the 2 souls.

So, if there is Like, Love, Truth & Trust between 2 souls, the strength of such a relationship is unbreakable, and even if one of these elements goes missing, it will make Life uncomfortable and its better to break such a relationship and seek for a better partner, unless you think u can really Fix it.

Any 1/4 is missing- v difficult, 2/4 are missing- Separate immediately, 3/4 Missing- Life is Hell- Move on, All 4 missing- You must be kidding me, if you still are in such a relationship !

The Blog is not about, what should not be, it is about "What Should Be". And therefore, do not take things for granted. Have all the 4 elements of a strong relationship and live a Comfortable & Fulfilled life with Peace of Mind ! And then You can take Happiness for Granted !

SHIDDAT...Dil Se

Here is a word that is fascinating & pushing me to my limits and asking me questions, that "How Much was put in by You?" Was it that magical figure of 100%

So what is this blog all about?

Its Shiddat...The Effort, equal to 100% to your Goals, to Your Aims, to Your Dreams, and to just about everything you DO..

Whatever it is you are doing, why give it less than 100%. Why ignore the small things? Why not giving it a 100%?

Sometimes it is not possible to give 100% to everything that we do; but what if 100% becomes our Lifestyle.

How about giving 100% to everything we do. When we Love, when we have Sex, When we Listen to a Song, When we Read, when we Write, When we Sing, When we are on Jobs, When we watch a Movie, When we EAT, When we Play.......Why be Passive anytime, Why not be Active in even our Enjoyment? Why not even Sleep Dil Se?

Whatever we Do, if we Do with Shiddat, with 100% & with Dil Se...We can Live a Fulfilled Life...

Go Ahead....Live Dil Se..Pure Dil Se......!

Put the Ball in the Back of the Net !

In Soccer, both teams know their Goals...To put the ball in the back of the net of the opponent's Goal.

But in Life, many people struggle long just to find their Goals. Some people do find their goals. They are sometimes Long Term, or sometimes Short Term.

Once the Goal is established with justified righteousness and virtue, it has to be taken damn seriously. A timeline needs to SET, and one has to begin the COUNTDOWN for it. One may achieve Victory, but a struggling victory, which may look glamorous, will not be considered a Good Victory. A Good Victory is a Comfortable & Comprehensive Victory.

So Now the Goal is Set, and it has been decided that Victory needs to be comprehensive, here are the INGREDIENTS, which will make sure U win Comprehensively.

1. COURAGE (Sahas) : Whatever the aim may be, No dream is too big! One must have the courage to aim high.

The Courage comes from positive or negative reinforcers, but it is requirement no. 1. Without Courage, just forget it.

2. FOCUS ( Ekagrata ) : One must see the goal even in his subconscious mind. He should get engulfed with the thought so much so, that whatever distractions comes in his way, he should pluck them from beneath the Ground forever, and not let the focus go!

3. The WAY (Marg) : Many people fight over the righteousness of the "WAY". Let them fight. Just find a WAY which is practical & result oriented. If your defined path will make sure you put the ball in the back of the net, then dont waste time in thinking about ethics & righteousness. Just Go!

4. The TEAM (Sena) : Even is its a lonely battle, it would require a TEAM. Be a LEADER, coz its your Goal. And choose all kinds of players, just make sure they are trustworthy and will help you Win, not Loose. Its your Army and you are in a battle. If the roles are properly defined, You Must WIN.

5. The CAPABILITY (Saamarthya) : Do not overestimate yourself. Check your Credentials again. Are they sufficient enough for you to Win. If its a do or die situation, HOLD on. Make yourself Capable for the War. Work towards increasing your Saamarthya. Once you and your team members have sufficient reason to trust your Saamarthya, then only You are READY.

6. The TIMING (Sahi Samay) : Not all times are right to Act. Even if you have the capability & courage; Even if you feel the way will get you there, Even is you are focussed enough and your team is ready; THE RIGHT TIMING is most Critical. Time it rightly and you cannot be defeated. Dont be too late either or else the purpose might get defeated.
